US CUSTOMERS

Under the current tariffs, this product will be subject to a 30% tariff upon being imported to the US. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We have received this important notice from our postal carrier:

It is anticipated that there may be delays in clearance processing for items sent to the US due to the implementation of these new processes. 

  • The tariffs will not be charged to senders. As part of the formal clearance process, the recipient will receive a letter from US Customs & Border Protection (CBP), within 30 days, informing them to appoint a customs broker and to pay duties and taxes. The letter will include a link to the US CBP website and provide instructions. US CBP has advised they will not collect tariffs and fees at delivery.  

  • At this time, it is unclear how US CBP will screen items to determine their country-of-manufacture status. 

  • Items which have not had their required tax amount paid within the given timeframe will be returned to  sender or abandoned, as per the sender’s instructions at lodgement.
