US CUSTOMERS
Under the current tariffs, this product will be subject to a 30% tariff upon being imported to the US. Please keep this in mind when ordering. We have received this important notice from our postal carrier:
It is anticipated that there may be delays in clearance processing for items sent to the US due to the implementation of these new processes.
The tariffs will not be charged to senders. As part of the formal clearance process, the recipient will receive a letter from US Customs & Border Protection (CBP), within 30 days, informing them to appoint a customs broker and to pay duties and taxes. The letter will include a link to the US CBP website and provide instructions. US CBP has advised they will not collect tariffs and fees at delivery.
At this time, it is unclear how US CBP will screen items to determine their country-of-manufacture status.
Items which have not had their required tax amount paid within the given timeframe will be returned to sender or abandoned, as per the sender’s instructions at lodgement.
